Your mobility is your capability to  actively achieve a range of motion. When you train your mobility you're working to find your passive range of motion (flexibility) and make it active & usable (strength).

Who is mobility training for?

  • If you have joint pain
  • If you want to get stronger & increase your flexibility
  • If you want to lift heavier, run faster, get off the ground easier, etc. 
  • If you want a way to move your body that's not focused on weight loss rather how you move your body
  • If you want to trust your body to do the things you want to do

What do you need to know about training?

  • 1:1 coaching is exclusively online on Zoom
  • Sessions are 60 min, always recorded & sent to you for lifetime access
  • Training priorities are set based on your own goals + what we see in your assessment
  • You don't need any props, however at least 2 yoga blocks are highly recommended 

 

How does pricing work?

  • You can buy a package of 6 or 12 sessions - if you are on the fence, you can always schedule time with Sarah to discuss your training goals & process
  • 6 sessions + initial assessment = $725
  • 12 sessions + initial assessment = $1200
  • Payment plans are available! Once you apply, Sarah will email you with details
