You are invited on a 6 night/7 day yoga and mobility retreat to inspiring El Viejo, Nicaragua this January 26 - February 1, 2025. Known for its community, scenic views and surf culture, outdoor enthusiasts have been flocking to this inspiring destination for its beauty, magic, and joyful nature. Join yoga teacher & mobility coach, Sarah as we go back to Still Salty Escape (for the third time) on our yoga and mobility retreat that will leave you recharged and connected on our journey together.


Our days will start with an energizing yoga flow inspired by mobility movement patterns, and end with mobility & flexibility training classes that will push you physically & mentally while creating a safe space for you to connect with your body.

From delicious and wholesome vegetarian meals provided by the kitchen staff at Still Salty Escape, to a sunrise surf lesson, an afternoon spent boating through the mangroves, and salsa lesson/dance party, this retreat is curated to both replenish and kindle your mind & body.

During your free time you can schedule a massage (highly recommend), book additional excursions, work, walk down to the beach, read by the pool - the scheduled downtime is purposeful for you to slow down.

*There will be one group transportation to and from the airport for flights landing around 2pm, if you need to leave later or arrive earlier than the designated time, you will be responsible for your transportation cost

MEET YOUR GUIDE

Sarah Randall
RYT-350, FRCms, CPT

Sarah is a 350HR yoga teacher, mobility specialist, personal trainer and intuitive eating coach. She helps women step out of diet culture and into an improved relationship with themselves through intuitive eating, mindful movement, and positive self-talk. You can expect Sarah's yoga classes to be strong, creative and intentionally sequenced with safety and mobility in mind. Each class will give you encouragement to dive deeper into your body- and mind-connection while surprising yourself with how much you are capable of. Through yoga, her mission is to create a safe space for you to explore your body no matter your body size, yoga experience or abilities.
