Classes are available to all body sizes, mobility training experience, strength, flexibility and capabilities. Sarah will give personalized feedback during class & answer questions you have so you can get the most out of the drills & make more neural pathways.
Props are not necessary, but having 2 yoga blocks or something similar will be helpful for you.

Sarah is a registered yoga teacher turned mobility coach. She is a FRC mobility specialist who is also FRA, Kinstretch & FRS Internal Strength certified. Sarah believes that it is more important to focus onĀ how your body moves -how strong & flexible your body is, what you have control over and how much range you have - instead of how much you weigh or what you body looks like.
Sarah provides a safe & supportive space for you to show up just as you are, ready to learn & train.Ā As an Intuitive Eating Coach, she promotes building a positive relationship with food, movement & your body.
